I’m not insured with HiRoad. How do I find the status of a claim?

If you’re not insured with HiRoad, or are representing a party who was involved in a loss with a HiRoad policyholder, our Claims team can provide an update. 


Have the claim information available when you reach out by email. The claim number, policy number, date of loss and HiRoad policyholder name are all very helpful.
