How do I change my password?

Follow the steps below to reset your password on the HiRoad app and/or website. Do not attempt to reset your password more than once.

1. Go to policy.hiroad.com/login. 
2. Tap or click on “Forgot Password?”.
3. Enter your email address and tap or click on the “Reset Password” button. 
• You’ll receive a password reset email. 
• If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before reaching out to Customer Care. 
4. Tap or click on the “Reset password” button in the email to reset your password.
5. Follow the prompts to update the password on your HiRoad account.
