We're here to help you get your claim started as easily as possible. The steps are a little different depending on whether you're filing for vehicle damage or for glass-only damage.
For Auto Claims (Damage from an accident or other incident)
You have a few simple options to begin your auto claim:
- File in the HiRoad App: The fastest way is to use the HiRoad app. Go to the Incidents tab to start the process.
- Call Us: If you'd rather speak with a team member, you can reach our claims department at 855-262-1855.
- File Online: For non-HiRoad customers, or customers not using the HiRoad app, file your claim here.
For Glass-Only Claims (Windshield damage)
If reporting glass damage, such as a crack in your windshield, please contact us by phone to get started.

Please note that while the HiRoad app or website is the place for auto claims, reporting glass-only claims needs to be initiated by phone.
