If you're currently a HiRoad policyholder:
We hate to see you leave but, before you put us in the rearview, it’s important to note that deleting your app does not cancel your policy or your account–you’ll need to call Customer Care to do that.
You can reach out to them directly during their operational hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (ET)
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET)
For trial users, without an active policy:
- Open the HiRoad app.
- Navigate to the "Delete Account" option.
- Confirm the deletion by verifying your email.
- You'll be logged out immediately.
After verifying your email, your account will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. Trial users will lose all driving data and any potential premium discount should you decide to get a policy with HiRoad later.
