How do I change my policy or make other coverage updates?

The HiRoad app makes policy changes easy. Simply open the app, tap on the “My Policy” tab and fill out the “Request changes to your auto policy” form. A HiRoad specialist will reach out to you with more information within 24 hours to confirm the update.
